Story
I am running for a charity that is very close to my heart The Big C.
In 2023 I lost my best mate, my dad to prostate cancer.
During dads chemo The Big C provided dad with emotional support and guidance which I know dad truly appreciated.
If you know me you know that I am not a runner and my dad would probably say ‘Cor Boy’ and chuckle like he used. But seeing my dad battle to the very end is giving me the motivation to get this challenge completed.
I am taking on the Autumn Blickling Hall Half Matathon on October 18th 2026.
This charity helps people and families during the toughest times of their lives and I know this is something that has sadly affected many people’s lives.
I would really appreciate your support and donations to help me reach my target of raising £350.

Every year more than 8000 people in Norfolk and Waveney are told the news that they have cancer, and many more are living with the effects.
