Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a lifelong disability that affects around 700,000 people (adults and children) in the UK. Diagnosis can be life changing, and the support that comes with diagnosis is key. This is a cause that sits very close to my family and I’s heart, as my younger sister Abi was diagnosed with autism.

So I have set myself the goal of plunging in my ice bath for 3 minutes every day until I reach my goal of raising £1000.
