Story

“Help us end the stigma of addiction and celebrate recovery through our 3 peaks challenge”

I am going to be climbing to the Summit of Mount Snowdon with my colleagues to make some noise, to enable people using our services, volunteers, and staff to shout about recovery from the top of Snowdon while raising awareness and breaking down the stigma of addiction!

I am not a pro hiker or even walk-up-a-hiller but with a great cause to motivate me I’m going to make it to the top for sure!

I’ve experienced first hand the feelings of hopelessness and confusion when you are lost in the madness of addiction and don’t know how to get help. Help us to promote our message, spread positivity and hope to those in the throes of addiction.

Recovery is so important because it allows you to be able to live a happy, healthy fulfilled life, while having the self-awareness required to manage emotional wellbeing.

We’ll reach the top of the 3 peaks together to shout and prove that no matter what route you take up the mountain, the view of recovery is always beautiful. Let’s do this!
