Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

My Grandad Malcom was a very important man in my life he taught me to get a good trade which would help support me inlater life and that you need to takes risks to get to where you want to be. There isn't a day that goes by where I dont think im doing him proud especially with my current job role in the Royal Navy im sure I will make him Proud following his roots as an engineer.

Over 8 years ago my Uncle Jeremy was given the news that he had 3-5 years after being diagnosed with an inoperable oligondendrgoliomas Brain tumor. But thanks to his determination and his willingness to keep fighting he has has defied the odds against him. His willingness to keep fighting this horrible disease will bring me strength when I take on the 10 miles in portsmouth. I am looking to raise £250 for an amazing charity which my Wonderful Auntie has fundraised for and completed in the London marathon last year.

We live in a time of financial hardship so I understand that many who See this page will be unsure of how much to donate but I can promise that ever penny raises my spirits more and more knowing that someone will massively benefit from the money I fundraise.
