I’m here today to do my best Within 6 months to help raise up to £30,000 for the Campbell Centre mental health unit at Milton Keynes hospital:

This is part of a three tier project that will hope to raise a total of £90,000 split between the Campbell centre, TOPAS Older People’s Services, and Cherrywood Rehabilitation Centre .

All Money raised will be used to help healing environments for both patient and staff in key areas into therapeutic, welcoming spaces that:

• Reduce stress and anxiety

• Support recovery

• Create calm, engaging environments

A little bit about me:

Many years ago I was at my lowest battling severe mental health issues which led to acts of suicide and self harm . Even with my massive support from my loved ones at home. I was a patient at the Campbell centre many times over a period of time .

To this day I still have my struggles but I am the strongest I’ve ever been . I now have a loving partner, my children, my family. As well as starting my own small business.

Events throughout the timeline will be held to help fund the project and will be updated on this page as well as social media networks. Thank you so much in advance in supporting a cause very close to my heart.

I will now walk 100 miles from Milton Keynes Campbell Center to CNWL HQ London and back again. (Date to be confirmed)
