Most of you know me as someone who likes to drink, eat and talk but I don't think anyone would say I am a fitness fanatic or someone who loves to take care of himself. All this has changed, well the exercise bit, because I have committed to running the Great South Run for Rose's Way foundation. A couple of months ago I couldn't run 2km without stopping so running 10 miles is going to be a challenge but one I am committed to completing and I would love your support.

Our mission at Roses way foundation is to walk hand in hand with families of terminally ill children to help them create lasting memories. We also continue with them on their journey to a new normal focusing heavily on bereaved siblings and helping the whole family to cope with life after loss.

Also with the support of the National Lotter Community fund we have teamed up with the Worry Wizard to help primary school age children on a path from Worry to Wellbeing, regardless if suffered a loss or not, Children's mental health is as important.
