Some of you may already be aware that I lost my brother-in-law last year to suicide and the devastating impact this has had on my wife (Becca) and me.

I am taking part in this abseil to raise money for a charity that supports suicide prevention and bereavement support across the West Midlands.

Every penny raised goes towards helping people who may be struggling like my brother-in-law was, with the hope of preventing suicide wherever possible, while also continuing to support the families left behind after such heart breaking loss.
