Luke Newman's 2026 trip to help the children living in the slums of Kenya
Luke Newman is the founder of ‘For Men To Talk’, a men’s peer support group. In May 2026, He will be returning to one of the poorest suburbs of Nakuru, Kenya for his ELEVENTH humanitarian trip to help five schools in need of support and 100’s of children that would love nothing more than time and attention and a chance of a better education.
He will assist with teaching, help to develop teaching styles and curriculum, help with the feeding programme at the school, construct new classrooms and much, much more.
Luke needs to raise money which goes towards funding the trip and to the school in Kenya. Also, a small percentage of the money raised goes towards Derby County Community Trust which will help sustain their Disability Program which delivers tailored, inclusive sessions throughout Derbyshire for children and adults with physical and mental disabilities.
