The Classic Quarter · 6 June 2026

We provide hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their families. Hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

Story

A few years ago, my mum fell ill with terminal cancer, and during that time running became my escape. It helped me cope, clear my head, and stay focused. I also set myself a goal: one day, I wanted to be fit enough to run an ultra‑marathon in her memory.

So this June, I’ll be taking on the Classic Quarter — a 72km ultra run along some of Cornwall’s toughest and hilliest coastal paths. It’s a huge challenge, but one I’m ready to push myself for.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any support you can give. It genuinely means a lot.
