The Charity is dedicated to providing rehabilitation support for burned and scald injured children and their families as well as prevention awareness campaigns for which there is little or no national funding. The only UK children's charity working nationally in this area, they have been working in the UK for over 20 years and make a positive difference by prevention, rehabilition and support.

Lumenis is already committed to benefitting the lives of scar patients all over the world through its Lumenis Cares Foundation, founded in 2019. The Foundation is committed to bringing the "light of life" to those in need through its technological breakthroughs which bring immense hope for people with scars, creating profound positive change.
