On Sunday the 30th of March I am running the Gloucester Half Marathon (21.1km/13.1 miles) in order to both challenge myself and to raise funds for Christ Church Community Centre Lunch Club. Groups such as this are vital in preventing loneliness and isolation amongst older people.
