I am joining my friends Peter and Neil on their charity cycle ride from Lands end to London over 4 days in April. In memory of their Dad Jeff who sadly died of the disease this year.

Along with 4 other friends, Ben, Olly, Tom and Tim we will be riding over 550km with 6000m climbing it's going to be hard going but through a beautiful part of the country which will help ease the pain!
