The third Monday in January, commonly referred to as Blue Monday and often dubbed the most depressing day of the year, is being transformed into Brew Monday—a day focused on connection and support. Instead of dwelling on the blues, this initiative encourages individuals to reach out to friends, family, or neighbours, fostering meaningful interactions over a shared drink, whether it's tea, coffee, or something else.
