Had a lovely day in Battersea with lots of my colleagues, kids and dogs.

Eliya took the opportunity to meet Mum's work mates, try his hand at a LAS motorcycle and do some hands on CPR training.

On the 8th September, I will be walking alongside my 10 year old son, the London Life Hike, a sponsored walk for the London Ambulance Charity. Every donation will help save lives by funding training the life-saving skills of CPR and placing public-access defibrillators across the Capital.

As a proud doctor who wears green for LAS, I am passionate about everyone knowing these essential skills, and all my 4 children are ready to do so.
