In March 2026, I am running the Bath Half Marathon for the RSPB!

As an ultra runner, I've covered the half marathon distance over and over again, but I've never actually raced a half marathon before. A flat, fast 13.1 miles on the road is - believe it or not - outside of my comfort zone. But when I saw an opportunity to do it for a cause I really, properly, fully care about, I knew that would be motivation enough to finally do it. But I need your help!

The RSPB are incredible. They are dedicated to saving nature and do amazing work to bring species of birds back from the brink of extinction. As a charity, all their conservation, restoration and scientific efforts need funding. Every small amount you can offer will help me reach my goal of £250 for the charity, and the birds and I will be even more overjoyed if we can exceed that.
