On Sunday 21st September I will be running my first ever half marathon. As some of you may or may not know my dad has recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer and i feel this is a very fitting time to raise awareness and money towards this very deserving charity.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated regardless how big or small.

It’s going to be hard but i will push through with everything i’ve got and will be doing this for my Dad and everyone who has been affected by this disease.
