I am planning to join others in completing a cycling loop around Carlingford Lough to raise money for Cancer Focus.

As you may know, we lost both our wonderful parents to cancer all too soon. So as this event falls just after Mum's birthday and Dad's anniversary (never mind a few months before a significant birthday of my own!) it seems the perfect time to get on my bike for a challenge and try to raise some funds for a very worthy cause.
