Story
Once upon a time (nearly 40 years ago....), I started my accountancy journey with Yaxley Davies which became part of Dyke Yaxley and here I still am today. A lot has changed over the years, but another connection which is still going strong is Lingen Davies, which happens to be our chosen charity of the year.
As 2026, is also a significant year with a big birthday later on - I was very young when I started work (!) - and still needing to tick off the bucket list (from my last significant birthday...), “Do something Big for Charity”, I have decided to take a week or so from later this April to walk with my son, Alex around Anglesey / Ynys Mon. The coastal path is a circular path around the whole of the island of approximately 130-140 miles (no one seems sure!).
Lingen Davies, as well, holds significance to me as back in 2019, I made use of their wonderful services when diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer. We are so lucky to have this amazing local charity.
I would be very happy if you were able to spare a few pounds for this worthy cause and to help me cover those miles.
Thank you very much / Dioloch yn fawr
Ps. Any monies raised here will be added into the Dyke Yaxley grand total
