After trekking 100km across the Sahara and then the Peak District for Coppafeel, I am back for more - as next I'm trekking........ The Great Wall of China! (whaaaaat!) 🇨🇳🥾

The treks have not only been genuinely life changing for me, but Coppafeel and the vital work they do is incredibly close to my heart. My mum, my wife V and two close friends have all been through breast cancer and I supported each of them through their journeys.

Since my last trek I was also diagnosed with Melanoma Skin Cancer and have had two surgeries on my leg. I went from running a half marathon to hardly being able to walk during recovery. Now, I’m back on my feet and I am pushing myself to train and get stronger every day. This experience has put my life into perspective in ways I could never have experienced before and makes me want to fight against cancer even further.
