On 5 July 2025, my sister Susan and I are taking part in the Kirkwood Starlight walk to hopefully raise lots of money for The Kirkwood and in memory of my amazing husband Graham.

We did the walk last year and it was a wonderful experience. As well as being emotional it was uplifting to see so many people celebrating the lives of loved ones and raising money for this fantastic cause.

Not only did The Kirkwood help Graham during his illness but they are still supporting me in coping with his loss.

I am honoured to be a part of this fundraising effort.
