EVERY PREGNANCY LOSS MATTERS! The M.A has asked their supporters to make their miles matter too. Or, in my case…MOVES! Each day in June I will post a mini - 4 x exercise - Pilates workout on my IG page! The mini workouts will be suitable for all and TTC/ Postnatal friendly (with exercise clearance). Please take part & share! Pilates is wonderful both body & mind and a way in which I have helped myself to stay strong whilst going through fertility treatment and recover/ heal from pregnancy loss. I will also be walking 4km a day, as nature is the other thing which keeps me (relatively) sane!
I am taking part in memory of the two losses my partner & I have endured in the last year & and in support of everyone who has been through this terrible heartache.
This June, I'm hoping to raise awareness, start conversations, signpost people to the services the M.A offer and raise funds to ensure that they can continue to be there for those that need them most, this year and beyond…
