PAPYRUS is the national charity for the prevention of young suicide. We run HOPELINE247 0800 068 4141 a freephone confidential helpline staffed by trained professionals who give advice, support & information to anyone who is feeling suicidal, or concerned that a young person they know may be at risk

Story

I plan to walk/ cycle 500 miles , originally in March . However the weather and work commitments have slowed me down , so I will complete asap . In loving memory of Jessica Nicholson, my beautiful, funny, clever niece. Who in a brief moment of time perceived this world just to hard for her beautiful soul . You are soo soo sadly missed by us all šŸ§”.xx

Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK, in 2018 over 1800 young people took their own lives. PAPYRUS provides confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through their helpline, HOPELINEUK.
