I'm running the 2026 London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of the MS Society.

MS is an illness that affects my family, and the past few months have been especially tough. Seeing the impact of this condition up close has been a stark reminder of how fortunate I am to be able to lace up my trainers and go for a run.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition that affects the brain and spinal cord, making it harder for people to move, think, and feel.

So, with every mile I cover, I’ll be thinking of those who can’t. The MS Society does incredible work to support people living with MS and fund vital research to find better treatments—and ultimately, a cure.
