I am raising money for a charity which is very close to my heart as had a family member who sadly died after suffering with Dementia.

I also work with people living with Dementia every day of their lives.

Dementia is such a cruel disease and without significant advancements and prevention one in two people will be affected by dementia in their lifetime, either by being diagnosed with it, caring for someone or both. Currently 944,000 people in the UK are living with Dementia and figures are only likely to rise.
