I am now Living with Alzheimer’s after being diagnosed over 11 months ago aged 57. 2024 has been a very hard year .I have found it very hard accepting my diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, my memory loss at times has left me feeling embarrassed, but with the support of my family , friends and work family at M & S , I am managing to stay positive . I will start my 2025 raising funds for Alzheimer’s Scotland . I hope one day we find a cure , In the meantime I will take my medication to slow the progression down .
