Sam's Gang fundraiser for Multiple Sclerosis Society

Lynne Franklin is raising money for Multiple Sclerosis Society

Round the Harbours 2025 · 5 July 2025 ·

Round the Harbour's include 54-mile and 32-mile circular routes, and they'll both include one ferry crossing and three rest stops for you to refuel at. Two starting venues for you to choose from, one in Portsmouth and second in Gosport.

Story

Sam is my son-in-law and he is married to my daughter Paige. He has recently felt unwell and after numerous tests, his MRI results came back which showed damage to his brain and spinal cord.

Although, this can not be reversed, medication can help to control future relapses. There is no cure for MS and each relapse causes deterioration that can not be reversed.

This is why I have taken on the bike challenge, to raise awareness and funds for research to continue. Without the research, we would not have the information and support that Sam needs to make his life a little easier.

This is all very new to us and I know that Sam, Paige, myself and family would really appreciate any support or donations given.

If you could donate any amount or even jump or your bike with us July 5th, that would be fantastic. This will be the team fundraising page

Thank you

Lynne Franklin xx
