A-ND is a charitable organisation based in Aberdeen which provides support across the Grampian area. Our aims are to ensure the provision of the best possible education, care, support and opportunities for people of all ages with autistic spectrum conditions (ASCs) by supporting families, improving understanding and developing best practice among carers and professionals.

Run Garioch is taking place on the 11th of May and I will be completing the 10k run to raise money for A-ND who are one of Boskalis’s chosen charities this year. Running is something I have never done before, so this is a big challenge for me!
