On the 30th August 2026 Ross, Isabella, Freddie and I are participating in Off the Beatson Track 10k walk!

Back in March 2025 our world was turned upside down. Ross was diagnosed with a rare Cancer: Soft Tissue Sarcoma at only 32 years old. With July being Sarcoma awareness month what better time to start raising funds for this wonderful charity.

Ross started treatment immediately with 25 daily sessions of radiotherapy of which took place at The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre, Glasgow. This time last year Ross was recovering from complications from a second emergency surgery with his mobility impacted - this year he is in remission and taking on this 10k challenge with his family beside him including the best little miracle addition to the family our daughter Isabella.

The risk of cancer is 1 in 2, be vigilant get things checked. Early intervention, treatment from the Beatson along side surgery saved Ross' life - to which I will be forever grateful!
