I’m doing the Cardiff RAG Three Peaks Challenge!

I will be climbing the UK’s Three highest peaks in just 24 HOURS: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) to raise money for Young Minds! 🏔️🧘‍♀️ Young Minds are a really amazing charity that help young people with mental health struggles, particularly those just between school and adulthood who often slip through the cracks ❤️‍🩹

Mental health in young people is so important and is a cause that is particularly close to my heart, any pounds you can part with would mean so much to me and and will be so crucial to helping this charity and help me find the motivation to somehow get up three mountains 😰!

(If you didn’t already know, that’s the same distance as going up Mount Everest, except i’m probably less likely to die!)
