So, I’m back and taking on my biggest challenge yet! I really want to raise some money for @mindcharity who do some amazing work. On Saturday 14th September I will be attempting to run the @ultrachallenges Thames Path 100km ultra marathon. Twice as far as I’ve ever ran before. Mind helped me when I was at the lowest point I’ve ever been mentally. I’ve always struggled with my mental health and suffered a really nasty breakdown a couple of summers ago and very nearly took my own life. Mind were there when I needed help and without the help from them, my family and some good friends, I probably wouldn’t be here today. Please donate if you can.
