I am absolutely overjoyed and overwhelmed with emotion! I have been given the incredible opportunity to participate in the 2025 London Marathon for the NSPCC, a charity that holds a special place in my heart. My journey has been one full of hardships, from growing up in a home plagued by domestic abuse to enduring abusive relationships myself. I have faced unimaginable challenges, but through it all, I have found the strength to rise above and create a better life for my children.

I am dedicated to making a difference and breaking the cycle of abuse and trauma. I have given some of my time to volunteering at a charity that supports children experiencing similar struggles, using gardening therapy to bring healing and hope.

While I may only have experience running 10k races, the thought of representing the NSPCC at the London Marathon fills me with determination and passion. Despite the demands of being a mother of three and running my own business (ladybug gardening company), I am ready to take on the challenge of training and building my endurance for this incredible cause.

Every step I take in training and on race day will be fueled by the desire to make a difference in the lives of children who have experienced trauma. I am committed to raising funds for the NSPCC through my personal page, ensuring that the donations go directly to the charity in a quick and secure manner.

Together, let's support the NSPCC and make a difference in the lives of children who deserve to grow up in a safe and loving environment. I am ready to push myself beyond my limits to make a positive impact, and I am grateful for all the support and encouragement along the way.
