This year we are proud to be doing a half marathon in support of the Northern Ireland Kidney Research Fund (NIKRF) which is a charity that holds special meaning for our team.

NIKRF’s Chairperson, Jim McCaughan, is the father of our partner John McCaughan. John’s late sister, Dr. Jennifer McCaughan, was supported by NIKRF during her training in transplant medicine in Toronto and went on to become a renal consultant at Belfast City Hospital and Director of Laboratory in the Northern Ireland Kidney Transplant Unit.

In support of NIKRF’s life-changing work we are lacing up and hitting the road.
