Story
This year, I decided to dedicate my annual day to make a difference to volunteering with my local charity, Tweed togs, who provide donated/recycled clothing for children living in poverty across the Scottish Borders.
I really admire their cause because I believe that every child deserves an equal chance in life.
Re using clothes is not only good for the community, but it's also good for our planet- doubling the positive impact!
Whether it's sorting through donations or preparing clothing parcels for children, I was amazed with the amount of care and hard work these volunteers dedicate to this great cause.
This is why I decided to raise funds to support their move to a new, bigger warehouse so they can reach even more vulnerable children and keep making a difference.
