In April 2025, I'm going to be running Milan Marathon to raise some money for Myocarditis UK, a charity very very close to my heart (is that a pun, I don't know??)

In January 2024, I unexpectedly and suddenly lost my dear Dad to Myocarditis, a virus that causes inflammation in the heart. It isn't always fatal, but sometimes it is.

My dad was the very best of men. He was always the kindest, smartest and funniest person in any room, but always the most humble too. I am unbelievably lucky to have him for 28 years. I miss him SO MUCH.

I am looking forward to the 26.2 mile challenge! Milan is a significant place to my parents as it's a short distance from Bergamo where they lived together in their 20s.

I would be SO grateful for any pennies you can spare to help me raise some much-needed money for this very important cause.
