Story
Following the disappointing news that my injuries to my right leg mean that my physiotherapist strongly advised me not to run, I have decided to look to my future run in the Bath Half next March. It falls on March 16, which is the year anniversary of the day that my brother, Joe, gifted his organs to provide 5 other people and their families hope that we weren't fortunate to have.
For now, I am focusing on resting and recovering. Thank you so much for your support, and I will see you in March.

As many people know, my brother Joe, died by suicide on 15 March 2024. Our lives were forever changed for the worse. But Suicide&Co has provided a safe space for me to grieve, with resources available to help the people who suffer bereavement by suicide. I am raising money for this amazing charity to help them support others who are in this club none of us ever wanted to join.
I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in Joe’s memory, and to extend his legacy of helping others and showing kindness to those who needed it the most.
I love you little brother.

We are supporting those bereaved by suicide, because suicide always has company. The most recent figures show that there were a reported 6,507 suicides in the UK, that number multiplies when you think of the family & friends left behind.
At Suicide&Co, our aim is to start a conversation about suicide-related grief. We recognise that an end like this, should be the start of many new conversations.
We want to raise money to offer counselling grants to those bereaved by suicide.
