Me and my lovely friends Robyn, Becky, Kirsty, Lydia, Matt & Rossana will be taking on the Royal Parks London Half Marathon 2025 this October.

We will be running in memory of my amazing dad who was diagnosed with Motor neurone disease in April 2024, we sadly lost him just 9 weeks later on the 8th June 2024.

Motor neurone disease (MND) is a progressive disease that attacks the motor neurones, or nerves, in the brain and spinal cord. MND can affect how you walk, talk, eat, drink and breathe.

There is currently no cure for MND which makes the work that the MND Assossciation do so important. The money they raise goes towards finding a cure, financial grants, communication aids, care centres and support to not just the person diagnosed but the whole family.
