I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon in honour of my amazing Nan, Sue Coles, who was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the start of this year. Thankfully, she has fully recovered and she’s now cancer-free. We are beyond grateful, she really is one of the strongest and resilient people I know. This run is my way of celebrating her recovery, showing appreciation for the care and support she received, and raising awareness for those still going through it.
