On 27th July, I will be taking part in the North Downs 25k challenge to raise money for Novo Communities, a charity who help individuals, families & communities gripped by addiction by providing residential treatment, which views addiction as a whole-person problem (bio-psycho-social-spiritual) requiring a whole-person solution.

For those of you who know me well, my last fundraising activity was 10km run for Cancer Research Charity.
