Strictly Maggie's 2026 💃🕺

I am taking part in Strictly Maggie's 2026 to raise money for Maggie's Clatterbridge, who supported my beautiful friend Cara throughout her cancer treatment and end-of-life care.

Cara first told me about Strictly Maggie's last summer while we were waiting to go into one of her many appointments. She told me she was taking part because she wanted to raise as much money as possible for a charity that meant so much to her.

Sadly, Cara never got the chance to begin her Strictly journey. She became too unwell and passed away in October 2025 at just 29 years old.

So here I am, dancing on for Cara and helping to continue what she wanted to achieve.

For those who know me, this will be a HUGE challenge! I'm no stranger to a kitchen rave where I can dance badly when no one is watching, but dancing in public—and with a professional dancer—is a completely different story!

There's even a famous family video of a younger me in a dance show, going left when everyone else went right and taking two other kids clean out in the process! 🫣😂

Maggie's Clatterbridge provides incredible support to people and families facing cancer, just as the did for Cara, her son and husband, and I would love to raise as much money as possible in Cara's memory.
