The Association of Carers provides free, volunteer-led support services to unpaid Carers in East Sussex. A Carer is someone of any age who provides unpaid support to family or friends who could not manage without this help. This can be caring for a relative, partner or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems.

Story

I am the Service Coordinator for the Association of Carers.

The Association of Carers has provided support to unpaid Carers since 1987. Enabling them to continue with their caring role.

I will be walking 12miles starting at Beachy Head and finishing in Newhaven on 19th April 2025!
