Alder Hey Children's Charity is proud to present the "Get Fit In Feb - 84km" challenge. Our family has been incredibly fortunate to receive the care, compassion, and dedication of the Alder Hey team during a challenging period in our lives. After a seemingly simple fall while roller skating, our daughter faced a significant health issue that led to complex regional pain syndrome. This condition confined her to her bed and a wheelchair for 18 long months, filled with severe pain.

Throughout this difficult journey, the unwavering support from the staff at Alder Hey has been a beacon of hope for us. They have not only provided exceptional medical care but have also offered emotional support that has helped our family navigate these trying times. Thanks to their dedication, our daughter is now on her road to recovery.
