In October I am cycling 1200KM unsupported along a modified section of the Eastern Divide Trail from Harpers Ferry to Johnson City through the Appalachian Mountains in Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia and Tennessee.

I’ve decided to take donations towards the Scottish Refugee Council who do work to welcome and integrate migrant families into life in Scotland.
