Hi everyone,

This Saturday I'm taking on the probably the biggest challenge of my life. I will be running the Brighton (RTTS) Ultra-Marathon. I am fundraising for a chairty that my friend Angie has been using for many years.

Over 8 years ago, I met Angie at the gym. From the start, Angie and I got on very well, she has a fantastic character and humour. Anyone who knows her will tell you the same. Angie is fully blind, and yet her independence and positivity are nothing short of inspiring.

Charities like East Sussex Vision Support (ESVS) have played a huge part in making that possible. The Social Group they run provides vital support for people like Angie—offering community, companionship, and opportunities to take part in social activities that might otherwise be out of reach.

It’s my absolute pleasure to raise money so this incredible work can continue, and so that more people like Angie can access the support and connection they deserve.
