The Distress Centre of Ottawa and Region does essential work supporting people in need by providing suicide prevention, crisis intervention, psychological stabilization, emotional support, information, referral and education services, without judgement. It is a much-needed organization at a time where many people are struggling, and any donations help them reach more people.
