As many of you know this is a charity that is close to my heart and this year will be my 5th sleepout.

For me it's a stark reminder of how lucky we really are to have a roof over our heads and a bed to sleep in at night - and also knowing how quickly people's circumstances can change - anyone of us could find ourselves in this position which is why I feel it is vital that we all come together and support the amazing work these charities do every single day for our most vulnerable.
