Why are we doing this?
Right now, more than 122 million girls around the world are denied an education. That’s 122 million futures cut short due to poverty, gender discrimination and lack of investment.
The Malala Fund focuses on secondary school education, when gender discrimination often causes girls to leave.
Did you know women with secondary education earn almost twice as much as women with no education? When women earn more, they uplift their families and can use their skills and knowledge to help drive economic growth and innovation.
