This year I'm running the London Marathon for Staffordshire Women's Aid.

As a book publisher, I have published several titles which highlight personal stories of women who have suffered from domestic abuse and sexual violence. However I wanted to do more so decided to raise money for this very worthy local charity.

Staffordshire Women's Aid believe that domestic and sexual violence are both the cause and consequence of gender inequality in society. They work to raise awareness of this inequality, and its impact upon our communities. They deliver our services to women and their children in safe, women only spaces.
