On 21st June, five staff members, Chelsea, Salina, Kinga, Tarna and Ian, will be completing the full 46 miles (74km) of the Rotary Walk Across Wales walk, from Machynlleth to Montgomery. Another four staff members will be completing the route in a relay consisting of Mandy, Ffion, Kim and Lauren.

This is sure to be a huge challenge with the event starting at 2 am and travelling over Mid Wales and its many hills passing through different terrain and sure to encounter all of what the Welsh weather has to offer, before a finish well into the evening/night.

On the 19th June the brilliant Children of our nursery will be completing a sponsored teddy bear walk .The children will be walking around the local park covering distances up to 5km, depending on their age (Long way for very little legs) alongside their teddy.

Our club children will also be taking on their own challenge on the 30th May of how many laps they can do in an hour.

All three are sure to be huge challenges so we would love you to get behind them and support us, any money we raise will go directly back into the children and purchasing equipment to encourage them to get active, including some new outdoor gym equipment.

We are also very proudly supporting Dementia UK with 20% of the overall amount we raise will be donated directly to them.
