Story
On November 26, 2003, my twin brother Cade and I were born 3 months premature. Due to health complications at birth, we were both placed in the neonatal intensive care for a month while we received around the clock medical attention. While receiving this medical care, our family was fortunate enough to stay at the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Chattanooga, and they were able to be with the kiddos they love with also no bill being charged to them for their stay. I am fundraising to help keep sick children near the care they need with the family they love at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis!
Your donation will mean:
- Families who travel to Memphis for their child to receive treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will have a safe, comfortable, and private room to rest during long hospital trips. An average night cost at RMHC-Memphis is $170, however, no family ever receives a bill for their stay.
- Warm nutritious meals are provided 5 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A $5 donation will provide breakfast for a family. $7 provides lunch. $10 provides dinner.
- RMHC-Memphis fosters an environment of hope through support services and child-centered activities that encourage children to be children and keep families together near the care they need, always free of charge.
Donate and help me reach my goal!
