Following the recent and unexpected death of my father (cardiac arrest) on Sunday 6th September 2026 I am running 54km from Abertillery in Blaenau Gwent to Aust (the English side of the old seven bridge).

It’s my longest run to date by some stretch.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
